Strong focus on networking / scouting and validation of business opportunities.

As Senior Manager Innovation (2021-2023) I led early-stage innovation projects from inception to market launch.

Guided clients from strategy to execution within business process digitization and innovation projects. Lead digitization programs with 3+ projects and 9 employees in 3 countries.

 

Selected projects:

Large European Utility Provider - Designed innovation journey to discover untapped business potential, save costs and foresee critical business scenarios (Kill Your Business Workshop). Leading German Automotive Manufacturer - Improved and digitized manual and disjunct procurement process of engineering department. After successful implementation of first light house project, the project turned into blue print for larger program. Leading international Telecommunication Company - Assessment and implementation of Business Service Monitoring after M&A activities.
